The Ecological Social Theater (TSE) project proposes a specific and applicable didactic and methodological system through a workshop developed in a linear chronological manner. The workshop consists of four phases, which we have defined in a general way as follows: initial contact and pre-evaluation; relationship and contextualization; deepening cultural integration (conflict and resolution); and job placement in the agroecological sector. Each phase corresponds to and addresses the different procedural stages that we have identified as being experienced by refugee users and asylum seekers in their process of approaching socio-cultural realities and contexts that often differ greatly from their places of origin. The course includes the following contents:
- Presentation and exposition of the addressed problem. Theater as a tool for integration.
- Pre-planning of the theatrical integration process: the 5 W's of the planning process.
- Presentation of the structure of the theatrical integration process.
- The phase of establishing contact.
- The phase of introduction to inclusive and integrative theatrical practice.
- The phase of integration and inclusion through theater.
- The phase of integration into the workforce through theater. Introduction to the agroecological world.
- Labor integration exercises.
- Evaluation and assessment of the process.
- Final roundtable discussion among participants.
For the development of this course, the main didactic tool used will be the draft of the Didactic Guide on Ecological Social Theater (EST):
